Building Foundations that Will Not Crumble

These are exciting times in the life of our church and our Women's Ministry in particular.  As this ministry grows and changes, our goal is to encourage women to experience all the privileges that God has for us as His children..  Through Bible study, prayer, fellowship and ministry opportunities, women of all ages can find a special place in the Women's Ministry of Silverdale Baptist Church.  It is our prayer that you will seek to serve Him wholeheartedly!  May God bless you!  Click here for our mission statement.

Bible Study

Groups meet during the school year at various morning and evening times during the week.  New groups are starting now!  Click here for more info.

Women's Retreats

We have seen the benefit and sheer blessing of the ladies of Silverdale getting together "off site" to share in a weekend of praise and worship and study.  Two days of uninterrupted study can refresh and encourage us to be more godly women when we return to our "everyday" lives.  Because of this, we plan a retreat for women periodically.  We will invite nationally known speakers and gather at locations that will enhance our time together.

Special Missions

The women of Silverdale Baptist are involved in many mission opportunities throughout the year.  Sometimes opportunities arise that are not planned.  In the past, we have jumped into action when natural disasters have struck, and when someone in our church body has experienced unexpected tragedy.  There are also ongoing areas of ministry we are involved with outside our church doors.

"Charm is deceitful and beauty is fleeting,

but a woman who fears the Lord will be praised."
