COLLEGE/SINGLES GROUPS Ringgold, GA – Tony and Beth Bateman Category: College and Career age Time: 2nd and 4th Sundays @ 6:00 p.m. Place: “The Farm” (Ringgold, GA) Contact: Tony and Beth This group meets twice a month for Bible study, discussion and prayer. Studies have included “The Best Question Ever” and “Defining Moments” by Andy Stanley, and a series on Spiritual Warfare. The current study is “Tough Sayings of Jesus.” A group fellowship is held at different locations on the 3rd Sunday of each month (Church gym, Coolidge Park, etc.). Community service projects, outreach opportunities, group events and retreats, as well as local and international mission trips, are offered throughout the year. Chattanooga, TN – Crossroads – Bethany Horvath Category: All Singles Time: 2nd – 5th Sunday @ 6:00 p.m. Place: Shepherd’s House (SBC property) Contact: Bethany This group of singles meets regularly throughout the month for fellowship, prayer support and Bible study. They are studying how to live victoriously in difficult times. ADULT GROUPS Chris and Patti Walker Category: Couples Time: Sundays 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. Contact: Chris & Patti This small group for couples meets weekly for Bible study and fellowship. Childcare is normally provided. Rossville, GA – Fred Zillich Category: Couples 60 and Up This group meets twice a month. Their focus is on relationships – going deeper with Christ and one another. “Living Life Deeply Together!” Stokes Patterson Category: Adults 20 – 50 (Adoption) Time: 2nd Sunday Contact: Stokes This small group of adults meets once a month to help each other through the adoption process and with the issues that come up with their children, both biological and adopted. Chattanooga, TN – Tommy and Brenda Rayburn Category: 20 – 50 Time: 2nd and 4th Tuesday Contact: Brenda This small group meets twice a month for in-depth Bible study and fellowship. They are also involved with Oasis 414, the Single Parent Family Ministry. East Ridge, TN – Steve and Vivian Centafont Category: 35 and Up Time: 2nd and 4th Sundays, unless otherwise scheduled (call for exact times) Place: Wally’s Restaurant This group is beginning a study of “The Prophets and the Kings” by Focus on the Family, produced by host Ray Vanderlaun. Meetings are video led (with all material taught directly from the Holy Land), featuring great dictation and pictures of where Christ walked during His time on earth. Mark and Lori Habermas Category: 40s Time: 2nd and 4th Sunday Contact: Mark This small group for adults in their 40s meets twice a month. They have been studying “The Great Physician’s RX” for health and wellness. Danny and Suzi Woodson Category: 40 – 60 Time: 4th Sunday Contact: Suzi This small group meets once a month for Bible study and fellowship. Buck and Betty Hicks Category: 60 and Up Time: 2nd Sunday This group of senior adults meets once a month for Bible study and fellowship. Chattanooga, TN – Alan and Marlo Edwards Category: Adults Time: 2nd and 4th Sundays, food and fellowship @ 5:30 p.m. Contact: Alan & Marlo This small group meets twice a month for Bible study, prayer and fellowship. They also do ministry in the community once a month. Chattanooga, TN – Pete Molnar and Jim Rice Category: Adults Time: 2nd Sunday of each month Contact: Pete This group developed a Hospital Outreach ministry. The second Saturday of every month, they provide lunch for families that have loved ones in the Intensive Care Units at Memorial Hospital. They meet for Bible study on the second Sunday of each month.
